We are looking for staff who enjoy working with children and who want to experience an incredible summer of fun, new friendships, and lifelong memories.Our camp runs Monday – Friday from July 1 to August 23. Pre-camp is June 23, and June 28-30. Clean-up day is August 24.
Our camp is located on Lake Simcoe in Innisfil, Ontario. Many of our staff stay at their homes or cottages nearby, we also have a camp bus available to bring staff to and from camp each day and accommodation available for a limited number of staff who live too far away to commute.
There are great employment opportunities available. You must be at least completing Grade 10 (as of June 2024) to be considered for a staff position at Camp Arrowhead.
It’s not necessary for a potential staff member to have had any previous camp experience. Interest in children, patience and sensitivity are the most important assets we look for in an applicant. If you are unsure about the position you would like to apply for, you will have the opportunity to review your interests with the Camp Director during your interview.
